Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band primarily based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth good friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), inclusive of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
